Biscuit Pie Crust

Make:

   - biscuit dough.


Grease pie plate and preheat oven to 400°.


Set up a bowl with each of the following:

   - 1/2 cup milk

   - 2 Tbs cormeal


Form a section of biscuit dough into a 3" flattened disc. Dip each side into milk and then cornmeal, and then put into pie plate. Continue with more dough until bottom and sides of pie plate are filled in.


Sprinkle with:

   - 1/2 cup shredded cheese


Add filling and another:

   - 1/2 cup shredded cheese


Bake for 15-20 minutes or until biscuit crust is golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before eating.

Notes

Filling suggestions:

   - regular sloppy joe meat

   - Big Mac sloppy joe meat

   - taco meat

   - chicken pot pie mixture
